Employee Benefits
Bedford Public Schools partners with the Town of Bedford to provide a comprehensive benefits program for eligible employees. While this page serves as a starting point, most benefit details, updates, and enrollment materials are maintained by the Town to ensure accuracy and timeliness. We encourage all staff to use the links below for the most current information.
Open Enrollment (April 1 - May 1)
During the annual Open Enrollment period, employees may review and make changes to their benefit elections. Please be sure to review your current elections and make any desired changes before the enrollment deadline. Access important dates, plan options, and enrollment instructions on the Town of Bedford website here.
Benefits Information (New Hires/Qualifying Event)

TSACG 403B RETIREMENT (Optional)
One of the benefits the District offers is the option to elect voluntary retirement savings plan(s) that employees can utilize to help provide financial security at retirement. To provide you more information we are forwarding a newsletter (attached) that has been prepared by the compliance administrator for our plan(s), U.S. OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services.
In addition to providing information about our plan(s), OMNI/TSACG also offers a Financial Wellness website that covers areas such as managing personal finances, college funding options, and how to navigate Social Security when the time comes. You will find calculators, videos, and informative content on various topics to help guide you in your planning process, if you are interested in checking it out.
