Additional Staff Support Resources

Support, Assistance, Guidance
Bedford Public Schools is committed to supporting the well-being of our staff, recognizing that professional demands, personal responsibilities, and broader external factors can all impact how we feel and function at work. In addition to the district’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which is available 24 hours a day, the district periodically offers additional staff support resources designed to provide accessible, voluntary, and confidential opportunities for connection, reflection, and professional counseling.

These resources may include facilitated workshops, short-term counseling access, and partnerships with trusted community providers. Availability may vary by time and need, and details will be shared as opportunities are offered.

Current Support Opportunity
Details for future workshops will be communicated directly to staff as they become available.
