Meeting Information
The Bedford School Committee meets in a hybrid format in the Reed Room at Bedford Town Hall, 10 Mudge Way with occassional meetings in the Bedford High School - LGI, 9 Mudge Way.
Schedule: Regular meetings are typically held at 7:00 PM on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from September through June. Dates may shift to avoid holidays or major community events. The current schedule and notices for special meetings are posted on the BPS website and on the Town Clerk’s bulletin board and website.
Public Access: All meetings are open to the public. Meetings are broadcast on Bedford TV (Comcast: 8, 9, 99 | Verizon: 38, 39, 40) and are also live-streamed and archived on the Bedford TV YouTube Channel.
Agenda: The agenda for each regular meeting is set jointly by the Superintendent and the School Committee Chair and shared with members in advance.
