BPS form: Non-enrolled student request for participation in extracurricular or co-curricular activities

The Bedford Public Schools recognizes the investments made by all residents into the district, including those whose children are home-schooled or attend private schools. Non-enrolled students residing in Bedford may request to participate in extracurricular or co-curricular activities (e.g., sports, clubs) with prior approval from the Superintendent or designee, in accordance with School Committee Policy JJ Co-Curricular and Extracurricular Activities, and Policy JFA-E Residency and School Admissions.

Please complete the form below to submit your request. You will receive a response from the administrator of the department overseeing the activity your child is interested in. They will contact you with next steps and additional information as needed.
