Welcome to this year's business office reminders!

We've put this guide together to help you navigate some of our key financial procedures. Our goal is to make sure you have the tools and information you need for a smooth and successful school year. 

You will notice that these reminders are in a new format this year. Following a transition to a new accounting system, and in line with our established fiscal controls, our business office procedures and the School Committee policies that govern them are undergoing a comprehensive update. This is part of the Bedford Public Schools' District Wide Goals. We'll be making changes, additions and updates as needed, throughout the course of the year.

You'll find these reminders are organized from the most general topics that apply to everyone to more specific details for those with larger budgets or unique roles.
