Annual Benefits Open Enrollment FY 24-25

April 3 - May 1, 2024

The Town of Bedford’s Open Enrollment for the following benefits runs from April 3, 2024 - May 1, 2024.

·         Health Insurance
·         Dental Insurance
·         Vision Insurance (new!)
·         Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 
 
This is your opportunity to enroll in or change these benefits for the upcoming plan year beginning July 1, 2024.  Please read the attached letter, it provides an overview of changes and instructions for enrolling in or changing your benefits. Rate sheets listing the costs for each plan are also attached.  Please note that there is a separate rate sheet that applies only to Custodial and Maintenance Union employees. For all other employees, please refer to the ”Active Employee FY25 Rate Sheet".  These materials and additional resources are posted on the Town Open Enrollment webpage. Make sure you review the rate sheets since, for the majority of employees, the rate contributions from the Town have changed.
 

If you miss May 1st deadline, you'll have to wait until the next open enrollment to change your benefits, unless you have a qualifying event.  To ensure time for processing, please submit your forms/requests to Human Resources by Monday, April 29, 2024.
