iPad Distribution for rising 9th graders & new students

**FOR FRESHMEN AND STUDENTS NEW TO BEDFORD**
Greetings,
We will distribute iPads and chargers to all freshmen and students new to Bedford on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the main entrance to BHS. Please adhere to the health and safety protocols as follows:
We will distribute iPads and chargers to all freshmen and students new to Bedford on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the main entrance to BHS. Please adhere to the health and safety protocols as follows:
- Drive up to the front entrance with masks on for the driver and any passengers
- Have a sign in the lower windshield on the passenger side with your last name clearly printed
- Open your trunk, and remain in your car
- A member of the technology department will place the iPad and charger in your trunk.
We are offering two opportunities on Thursday, September 10, 2020 for you to pick up your student's iPad and charger.
Thursday Morning: 9:00am to 12:00pm
Thursday Morning: 9:00am to 12:00pm
or
Thursday Evening 4:00pm to 7:00pm
All families are required to sign the iPad Agreement linked at the bottom of the page here. Most have already done so.
Students/families who are not able to attend either distribution time on Sept. 10 will need to schedule a time after school starts to collect a device. Appointments can be made using the following link here.

For students/families that borrowed a Chromebook during quarantine, please plan to return it when you pick-up your iPad.

NOTE: Students who are new to Bedford Public Schools will need their emails, usernames, and passwords to complete the setup of their devices. That information is available to parents in the Aspen parent portal here.
