Hi everyone,
 
I am happy to tell you that the Re-Opening Task Force has created a parent/guardian survey.  We hope very much that you will take the time to provide feedback to us as we plan for the three potential returns to school this fall.  As you may know, the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has tasked each district with developing a fully remote, a hybrid, and a fully in-person return plan for the start of the 2020-2021 school year.  The survey has been designed for you to provide information to us so that we may plan accordingly.  We would appreciate it very much if you could complete the survey as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance.  We look forward to incorporating your thinking into our planning process.  
 
Additionally, I wanted to let you know that the Re-Opening Task Force will be hosting three Community Forums to garner more input from parents and faculty/staff. We hope you will be able to join us for one of these information gathering sessions.  It is our hope that we will be able to provide you with an update on our current progress and then gather your questions.  Each forum will last for one and a half hours.  We do not expect we will be able to answer all of your questions in that time but we will answer as many as we can, record the rest, create a “frequently asked questions” document, and provide that information to the entire community.
 
The forums will be held via Zoom Webinar and will take place in the following order:
